Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fyntflow (the "Service"), a product of Fyntbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fyntflow is a workflow management platform that allows teams to create boards, manage tasks, assign work, automate handoffs, and collaborate on execution. The Service is provided as a SaaS platform and includes AI-assisted features that are clearly marked where applicable.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized users. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fyntflow to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform without written permission
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse free plan access

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Fyntbox reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

Fyntflow and all its components, including the platform, branding, and content, are owned by Fyntbox. You retain ownership of all content you create within your workspace. By using the Service, you grant Fyntbox a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service.

7. AI Features

Fynt Agent and any AI-assisted features are provided in a testing phase. They may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyntbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fyntbox harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law, with the venue determined by applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
